About Our Organization

Vision Statement

To see every child, family, and community flourish spiritually, physically, emotionally, and economically through Christ-centered, community-led transformation.

We envision a world where local leaders are equipped and empowered to identify areas of urgent need, growth, and long-term impact—working collaboratively within their own cultures and nations. Through the Community Health Evangelism (CHE) model, we seek sustainable, reproducible solutions that restore dignity, nurture faith, strengthen families, and raise future leaders who reflect the love and character of Jesus Christ.

Our vision aligns with holistic community development—where children are protected and nurtured, families are strengthened, and entire villages experience lasting transformation rooted in the Gospel.

Mission Statement

To empower every person and every village to thrive through holistic, Christ-centered transformation.

We accomplish this mission by partnering with local leaders, churches, and communities to provide spiritual discipleship, education, health awareness, economic empowerment, and compassionate care—especially for vulnerable children and families. Through prayerful dependence on God and culturally respectful collaboration, we equip communities to move from dependency to sustainability, from brokenness to hope, and from survival to God-given purpose.

Our mission is not merely to meet immediate needs, but to raise disciples, develop leaders, and foster generational change that reflects the Kingdom of God.

Core Values

Christ-Centered

Everything we do is rooted in our devotion to Jesus Christ. Our thoughts, words, and actions are directed toward glorifying Him, and all partnerships are formed with those who profess Christ and are committed to sharing the Gospel and transforming lives.

“If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ.” 1 Peter 4:11 (NIV)

Prayer-Based

Prayer is the foundation of our decision-making and ministry direction. We rely on corporate and individual prayer to seek God’s guidance, wisdom, and provision in all that we do.

“Whether you turn to the right or the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, ‘This is the way; walk in it.’” Isaiah 30:21 (NIV)

Discipleship-Driven

Our ultimate purpose is to make disciples of Jesus Christ. We commit to walking alongside both new believers and mature Christians, nurturing spiritual growth that results in transformed lives and obedient faith.

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…” Matthew 28:19 (NIV)

Humility in Service (Servant Leadership)

We serve with humility, recognizing that apart from Christ we can do nothing. We honor cultural differences, listen before we speak, and lead with the example of Jesus—who washed the feet of His disciples.

“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.” Philippians 2:3 (NIV)

Compassionate Service

We are called to love and serve the poor, vulnerable, and marginalized with compassion, dignity, and respect. Our service reflects the heart of Christ and prioritizes the needs of others above self-interest.

Collaborative Relationships & Community Engagement

We believe meaningful and lasting impact is achieved through collaboration. We work alongside churches, local leaders, organizations, and communities—valuing unity, mutual respect, and shared learning.

“For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function…” Romans 12:4 (NIV)

Good Stewardship & Integrity

All resources entrusted to us belong to God. We commit to transparency, financial accountability, and faithful stewardship—honoring our pledge that every dollar designated for programs directly benefits the children and communities we serve.

“Everyone to whom much was given, of him much will be required…” Luke 12:48b (ESV)

Faith-Centered Mission

Biblical truth guides our ethics, decisions, and actions. We operate with prayerful dependence on God, trusting His Word as the foundation for hope, restoration, and transformation.

Truth & Transformation

We uphold biblical truth as both our moral compass and our source of lasting change—believing that true transformation begins with Christ and extends to every area of life.
